Each day this week we will be honoring specific soldiers who lost their lives fighting for our every day freedoms. We perform these workouts as tribute to all the brave men and women who put their lives on the line every day."For those of us who undertake these physical tests, thepsychological effects of performing a Hero workout aretremendous.
