(Chest to floor on your burpees, ladies and gentlemen!)What a great day in the gym on Saturday! We had almost over 100 people in the doors before 11AM! Yes, it's new year, but there is NO better place to be than BCF for your health and fitness goals. We want as many as you in the door as possible because your goals matter to us, no matter how small or large we are.While it is busy, it doesn't mean we aren't paying attention to our coaching and instruction. On busy days, we are doing our best to accommodate you and your thirst for knowledge and growth in fitness. This requires listening to your coaches (we have two coaches available on busy days), following the time caps (for both logistics AND intensity reasons) and cleaning your bars, etc. and putting things away to assist the next class. An orderly process will help you all, including our coaches, do their best.Soon, we will have some new processes for class improved and updated that we feel will make your experience much better in class!
