Thursday's Movements Strength (gymnastic): rope climbs, handstand push-ups, ring push-ups, tuck-upsWOD: burpee box jumps, pistols, handstand shoulder tapsMember News: **The good news is that we had far more members check-in/attend reserved classes in March than in February. The bad news is that, in March, we still had over 150 missed classes/missed check-ins. Please be sure to check-in and hold your workout buddies accountable! Let's get those missed attendances into the single digits for the month of April!**We are offering the Olympic Weightlifting Class at 3x/week for 8 weeks for $150. If you are interested in this, please let us know by Friday, the 4th!**Please update your Zenplanner profile picture! We are updating our check-in system to use the new Faceboard design you've seen on our laptop. Take the following steps:

  1. Log in to Zenplanner
  2. Click on "My Profile" on the home screen.
  3. On the right hand side, there is a small little blue tab/button. Click on that.
  4. It will prompt you to add a photo. Upload the photo of your choice.
