4/20 WOD: Rope climb to heaven?

Eating healthy can seem complicated and intimidating. There is so much information out there that it can be challenging to navigate through all the noise to find good, trustworthy information.

Deep down, we all know that we spend a bit too much time on our phones. If thumb workouts counted as actual workouts, fitness wouldn’t be a problem for anyone. But unfortunately, thumb workouts aren’t doing us any favors. Here are FOUR ways our phones are killing our gains.
