You need to constantly be at them, not just when it fits in. How far are you willing to go? What are you willing to do? Do you want it more than you want to breath?Starting next week, a Coach will provide you with an index card. On this card, you will have 1 month, 3 month and 6 month fitness goals. Think about this over the weekend and be ready to submit these goals to me. They will be in my office, and I and others will be routinely looking at them and ensuring you are working towards them.
