My response was that everything we do is with one major goal in mind: to increase your fitness (increased work capacity over broad time and modal domains). The 10 physical traits are listed all over. Yes, we want you to get stronger, but strength is equally as important as the other 9 traits. Though it's one of the hardest to get so it must be worked much more often. Our goal is to make you better at EVERYTHING you do. Most other programs are very one sided: to get a beach body, to lose weight, to get bigger arms, to be able to run a half marathon.
