Reese Dziedzic began his CrossFit experience in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he spent two years coaching CrossFit classes while completing his master’s degree in athletic coaching education at West Virginia University. While in WV he also ran a high school strength and conditioning program, and had the opportunity to train several WVU club teams.
Prior to his time in WV, Reese attended UW-Oshkosh, where he obtained a degree in kinesiology with a strength and conditioning emphasis. He was also a member and captain of the UWO football team. In his last semester as an undergrad, Reese completed a semester-long internship in Nashville, TN with the Vanderbilt University football strength and conditioning program.
Reese has a passion for health and fitness, and currently teaches health and PE at a Milwaukee area high school. Besides fitness, three of his favorite things include nachos, Netflix, and his dog, Kiwi.
