Alyssa became focused on her own nutritional journey when she first joined CrossFit in 2017. It was the first time she heard food discussed as a way to fuel your body, and function at your very best. That idea inspired her to focus on the quality of her own nutritional intake. Not only could she start to see her performance in CrossFit rise, but her overall energy and confidence levels were boosted significantly. When she realized she was onto something, she decided to start tracking her macronutrients to further improve her performance and energy. She’s continued that way ever since.
The more knowledge she gained through experience, the more she wanted to share with that knowledge with everyone around her! The fact that what you put into your body can improve how you feel, function, and your overall quality of life is simply incredible. This realization helped Alyssa see how badly she wanted to share that experience with others.
