This was challenging so please let me know ASAP if you are NOT going. Also, I did my BEST guess on the Rx. Those who are Rx are going to be in lanes 1 and 2. They will be clearly marked. Men/Women will be next to each other in each lane. There is plenty of room for this workout, but we have to make it 10 athletes per heat due to spacing, weights, and safety.
If you are in lanes 3-5, you will be scaled athletes. Even though you might be able to deadlift more, due to plate shortages, please just keep the weight we have at the lane. It will still be a great workout!
If you are listed as SCALED, but can do HSPU and want to do RX, please lmk ASAP.
