Maria is back on track with private coaching after 2 years out. Maria is a survivor of a bilateral pulmonary embolism. 8-10 clots the size of bb's to peas in each lung. 2 years ago she almost died as a result of the embolism. While private training with us, she noticed she wasn't herself. She left and went to the doctor and it saved her life that day. Live. Every. Day. Your life is the longest thing you got! +++BCF is invading Miller Park for the 4th year!

If you missed the past few Brewer outings you missed quite a show. We played beer darts, drank home brew and got to know fellow athletes. This year will be no different. We’ll meet at BCF around 12:00 and take a bus over to the stadium. We also ask that each person brings a dish to pass.

This event is open to all BCF athletes and their families.

Tickets will be about $20+tax and we will charge your Zenplanner account.

Please make sure to RSVP no later than May 11th. We need to have a firm count to order tickets in time.

Also, we need people to bring food, drinks, apps, grilling stuff, utensils, etc.
