Otis was looking to make a change when we came in to BCF. He started up with us in May for the Bootcamp 2.0. So far, in 2 months, Otis has lost 40+ pounds, has learned how to move properly, and he has completely revolutionized his way of eating! In the Bootcamp 2.0, we gave him our nutrition prescription and he followed it, to a T, and didn’t miss any workouts.
