A little about yourself:
I am a chiropractor at True Health Chiropractic & Wellness and have been married just over 2.5 years to BCFer Robin Sadler. We have a dog named Harriet and cat named Kevin. I played some sports in HS and sporadically since. I would be willing to bet though I am the best ping pong player at BCF. Yes, that’s a challenge!

How did you get into CrossFit?
Heard good things about crossfit gyms from other friends and thought I would give BCF a try. It was love at first sight.

What is your favorite WOD or movement?
Tire flips and anything involving grabbing heavy weight and putting it overhead.

Least favorite?
Man-makers! It’s not even a movement! It’s five movements in one!

How has CrossFit changed you outside of the gym?
In many ways, but most of all I would say more energy. Once you start doing workouts and enjoying them, you want to do more things, whether it be the endurance class, working in the office, or social events, instead of sitting around.

What makes Badger CrossFit unique?
The people. Everyone at the gym comes from a different background and has different interests, but we all get along and pull for each other and socialize.

What time do you WOD?
Started going to 6AM, then the 9:30AM for a while, but more recently been in the noon or 4:30PM class. Whatever my schedule dictates. I also just try to WOD whenever John Heim does.

What advice do you have for people first getting started?
Go to the social events the gym does as soon as you can. You join BCF to get bigger, faster, stronger, and healthier, and you do. The community at BCF is what takes the cake
