So, we hit 400 likes of our Facebook page and because of that, I told people that I would 400 burpees in celebration. Not sure why I am doing it, but whatever, it’s crazy CrossFit and I need a sweat. If you want to watch me tackle this, I will be doing the burpees at 10AM. I am not giving myself a time limit or minimum – I am still recovering from Regionals this past weekend. We’ll see how it plays out. Fun? Not for me (maybe for you!)
