WOD: “Bear Complex”   One round consists of one power clean, one front squat, one push press, one back squat, and another push press – x7 rounds.  Repeat 5 times.

You are not allowed to set the bar on the ground to rest between rounds.  You must either “tap and go” or rest with the bar off the ground. Score
