WOD: Strength Test: 1RM Bench, Three attempts only, butt and feet must remain in contact with bench and ground. 10:00 min cutoff.

Strength Test: 1-set of max pull-ups in 2:00. If feet touch ground or supports the set is done.

Met-Con: Run 400, 15 CJ (135/95), Run 800, 15 C&J, Run 400.
