Deadlift, Skull Crushers(P: Off-the-ball pushups), Powell Raises

WOD
Fitness:
With a partner…
Deadlifts(185/125), Burpees, AB calories

Performance:
Same but with 70-80% Deadlift and burpees over barbell.
