For those that do not know, RSVP to classes is in full effect. If you are having issues, please let us know. There will be a 2 week ‘grace’ period of mistakes on cancelling and RSVPing to classes. Also, we’ll forgive if you didn’t get the memo just yet (check your email on file with us to ensure you are getting communications). We will also be making a few changes after your feedback in two weeks. Thanks again for your cooperation on this matter!

Strength: Every 20 sec for 5 minutes, 2 banded DL @ 55%
WOD: 15 C2B pullups, 50 alt. split jumps, 50 wall balls
12 C2B, 40 split jumps, 40 wall balls
9 C2B, 30 split jumps, 30 wall balls
