Welcome back to the post-sugar season!!! Nothing like taking care of business today with squats in a heavy met-con. It’s time to get back at it this week and re-charge our bodies, keeping them healthy with exercise and sound nutrition. Not sure about you but I can’t perform properly in the gym when I have too much sugar. I felt it today, but ready to attack the week! Let’s do it!
Strength: Squats 1) 3 x 70%, 2) 3 x 80%, 3) 3+ x 90%.
WOD: 3 rounds, 10 burpees, 10 thrusters (135/95) to back squats, 10 deadlifts (same bar weight)
