12 Days of Motivation – #10

The news, health/fitness magazines, social media, useless bodybuilding routines and other malarkey and misinformation is designed to confuse you, and therefore, makes it hard to get started in your health and fitness.

Fitness is not complex. The main foundational lifts will fix most of your fitness deficiencies, and therefore, keep you healthy. Add in a healthy dose of interval training and you’ve got yourself the recipe for results. And results = motivation.

Learn to squat, press, bench, and deadlift. Or join a properly instructed CrossFit gym (call us!). Once you do, you’re going to stay motivated because of the superior results you will get.
