Reminder all, tomorrow I will be having an “open gym” for our members or experienced athletes from 9-11AM. Come in and work a new skill, weights, tackle a WOD or two (I can program one for you), and enjoy getting better.
WOD: Partner WOD – Partner 1 runs a 200m while the other Partner 2 completes 10 back squats (105/75#), 10 box jumps (24/20″) and 10 kettlebell swings (1.5/1 pood). Once partner 2 completes their 30 reps, partner 1 does the 30 reps while partner 2 runs a 200m. This constitutes one round. AMRAP in 17 minutes!
