Fitness: Wall Balls, Row
Performance: Thrusters, Row



The CrossFit Games is upon us! We plan to host our weekly workouts on Friday nights this year because of the logistics involved, everyone’s schedules on weekends, and the coolness factor of it. We will officially be calling it “Friday Night Lights” at Badger CrossFit!
