This week will be the final working week in this cycle (7/8 weeks). Next week (8/8), we retest our lifts to finish. Metcons will be shorter as a result so we can see how we did with the increase in the weightlifting modality I threw at us all.
Regardless of this last cycle’s focus, if your goal is GPP (aka CrossFit aka to look good, feel good, be good at everything and not focus on specifics), just show up, give 110%, eat/sleep/drink right, and you’ll be better than yourself yesterday! Sometimes I list the goals, sometimes I don’t. But know this… everything we do is scalable, can be changed or be tailored to you if necessary. Tina, myself and the other coaches are here to help as much as we can. Ask questions, listen, implement, and most of all, HAVE SOME FUN & GIVE HIGH FIVES!
