“When I signed up for Bootcamp in September of 2018, my goal was to reprioritize fitness in my life and establish a consistent fitness routine. I knew I needed to lose weight and I knew I wanted to try something different than the basic cardio (running, elliptical, bike) that I had tried in the past. My goal was find a fitness routine that was sustainable.
I weighed 244 pounds on the first day of Bootcamp in September 2018, as of March 2019 my weight is down to the low 190s. In addition to the weight loss, I have been able to see other health benefits including reduction in things like cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood glucose. In addition, I have been able to see my strength greatly increase significantly since joining.
I have been nothing short of amazed at what I have been able to accomplish with the help of BCF. Bootcamp was the perfect “on-ramp” for my fitness journey and the extra focus that was given on nutrition and life coaching prepared me to fully commit to my fitness.
The coaches at BCF are incredible and really provide a tremendous amount of individual attention even in the class setting. Everything at BCF is tailored to your specific needs and they truly offer something for everyone from the first time exerciser to the elite athlete.
I really enjoy the sense of community that exists at BCF, all of the athletes are incredibly friendly and outgoing and it is a very supportive and motivational place to work out at. I was hesitant about making such a large investment into my fitness but I can truly say that I haven’t second guessed it once since I started with BCF.
