Please welcome our new coach…Tina Martin!

tina4We at Badger CrossFit are super excited to announce the newest member of our family and full-time coaching staff. Most of you know Tina as she has been a regular part of running our bootcamps, is a personal trainer, and has extensive CrossFit experience. But some of you do not…

Tina has been an influence in the Greater Milwaukee fitness community since December of 2011. After a successful college and professional volleyball career playing at South Dakota State University, overseas in Finland and Spain, as well as coaching at Washington State University, Tina returned to WI to begin her fitness career. She spent one year with Peak Performance Personal Training, where she trained and managed their Pewaukee location. In December of 2012, Tina decided to branch off on her own and started her own business training clients privately in home and in corporate and group settings. During this time she worked toward opening her own fitness studio. She opened a franchise Orange Shoe Personal Fitness in Whitefish Bay in April of 2013. She spent the next year and a half creating a fitness community while inspiring people to move better. A shift in ownership made Tina resign in September of 2014. From September 2014 until the present, Tina got back into training clients in home and at Badger CrossFit. She is a firm believer in quality over quantity when it comes to fitness. It doesn’t matter how hard you work, if you’re moving incorrectly, in the long run you most likely will have problems. She’s not just a trainer. She is a coach. She wants to help people learn how to move better so that it translates into their daily movement patterns, not just during the hour they work with her in the gym. She genuinely cares about all clients and their progress. Tina will be starting up with us at the end of September.

Please welcome, Tina Martin.
