How did you get into CrossFit? My wife Natalie Crabbe
How have you changed since starting Badger CrossFit? I’m in the best adult shape of my life probably best ever…High School football and wrestling had me in real good shape.
What are your goals for 2012? Where are you in terms of achieving them? Make regionals! Dream BIG!!! Pushing hard in the gym at all times and starting with the CrossFit Football strength program.
What makes Badger CrossFit unique? Personal trainer every workout but in a group setting. This allows the trainer to help with all form aspects and other athletes as well. The group also REALLY helps to push athletes preform better during workouts.
Any best BCF stories? All the social WODs are so much fun due to the diversity of all the atheletes.
What advice do you have for people just getting started? Don’t be intimidated. Work on form more than anything else. Good form keeps injuries at bay!!!
