Things are continuing to heat up as we enter winter and the last few weeks of 2019!
Congratulations to a huge group of members for their dedication to training, wellbeing, and health! Being a part of the committed club is an honor and a testament to fitness performance gains. The more you’re at Badger CrossFit, the closer you are to your goals! Many came, but didn’t RSVP and Check-in to classes. To be a part of the committed club, you must check in and WOD 15 times or more in one month. Details are here.

When you see Drew Dums, give her a high five! Drew is the winner for being “Committed” making it in 22 times this past month and 10/11 committed months so far in 2019! She joined Badger in November of 2016 and has stayed dedicated to her fitness ever since. She is consistently making her health a priority attending 5:00am classes in addition to running marathons. Awesome job Drew!
