Memorial Day “Murph”
Come join us on May 23rd, Wednesday, to honor Michael Murphy with a workout he called “Body Armor,” and we call “Murph”.
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats

When?
The AM classes of 530a and 630a are going to be combined. We will be going at 5:15AM!!!
The noon class will go at noon.
There’s a 430 and a 6pm option as well.
No late athletes will be allowed to join!
