Favorite things include puppies, Disney movies and country music. — How did you get into crossfit: I've always liked being active but got bored of the same old running thing. My sister actually suggested I try crossfit so after a couple google sessions coach Brie taught me my first intro class, and after a ten minute workout and being too sore to move for two weeks I was hooked! — How crossfit has changed you outside the gym: Crossfit has made me a stronger person both physically and mentally. Since starting crossfit I've learned a lot about myself and have been able to accomplish things that I never thought I could before. — What makes Badger unique: the community! I've visited other gyms and none ever compare to how friendly and welcoming the people of BCF are! Also the fantastic coaching staff. Without them badger crossfit would not be the same! — Advice for people just getting started: do not despise your small beginnings!
