A little about yourself: I live in Wauwatosa and work in Delafield. When I’m not at the gym I enjoy playing golf and spending time out on the lake with my family and friends. Also, Im obsessed with the Packers
Background before CrossFit: I jumped from gym to gym and even tried personal training a couple times but nothing stuck.
How did you get into CrossFit: I saw it online and wanted to give it a shot so I came in for a free class on a Saturday and I was hooked.
Favorite WOD or movement: Favorite movement is double unders and my favorite WOD is DT
How has CrossFit changed you outside the gym? Crossfit has showed me what it really means to push yourself and how the people you surround yourself with can have an everlasting effect on you. I now really strive to develop that same atmosphere in my professional life.
What makes Badger CrossFit unique? The camaraderie is awesome. I’ve made some lifelong friends that I wouldn’t have met if not for Badger.
What time do you WOD? 530 pm and the occasional Saturday morning
