2018 has come and gone, and striving for new goals are in full effect in 2019! We revamped our committed club in the new year and had quite the committed group again in March as we get ready for springtime.
Congratulations to the following members for their dedication to their training, wellbeing, and health! Being a part of the committed club is an honor and a testament to fitness performance gains. The more you’re at Badger CrossFit, the closer you are to your goals! Many came, but didn’t RSVP and Check-in to classes. To be a part of the committed club, you must check in and WOD 15 times or more in one month. Details are here.

When you see Shannon Miller, give her a high five! Shannon is this months winner for being “Committed” making it in 22 times this past month! She joined Function in July of 2018 and has since moved over to CrossFit staying dedicated ever since! She comes in ready to work and consistently gets her sessions in – regardless of if that means early morning classes or coming after work – she makes her health a priority. To top it off, she just figured out kipping pull-ups this past Sunday. Awesome job Shannon!
