We are super excited to announced that we are working with Whole Life Challenge to bring you the ultimate of challenges. This is no ordinary “nutrition” challenge that you’ve done in the past! This challenge will help you make real, long-lasting habits that will serve you well through the rest of your life.
What is it?
Whole Life Challenge is an 8-week online, community-building, habit-changing game that challenges you and your friends to create happier, healthier lives by making small, daily changes. The challenge begins Sept. 17.
How does it work?
Playing with your friends and gym family, you’ll score points every day, focusing on 7 key areas of health and well-being: Nutrition, Exercise, Mobility, Sleep, Hydration, Lifestyle Practices, and Reflection.
The are multiple levels of “strictness” in the nutrition portion, depending on your goals and lifestyle.
There is NO better time than the end of summer to restart your healthy efforts and habit forming actions.
How do I start?
1) Sign up at http://www.whole.lc/wlc1609/pt/badgercrossfit and join the Badger CrossFit team. The cost is $49. (This is a dinner out!)
2) Come to our kick-off event/party on Friday, Sept 16 at 7pm, where we discuss the challenge, goals, and get your pre-challenge measurements. Also, perform the pre-challenge WOD!
3) Login daily and embrace new habits!
4) Win prizes, get healthy, make lifestyle changes, and improve your life!
