My before and after photos! I finally felt like this was real enough to post something. I started CrossFit in June and did Paleo along with it and found that the results were tremendous: I lost 20 pounds in the first month, and another 20 over the next four. I’ve dropped two pant sizes, 1-2 shirt sizes, my rings don’t fit and my FEET SHRANK a half to one full size. I have more energy and love waking up and going to the gym every other day. The CrossFit community welcomed me with open arms and I’m so happy that I became addicted to it. I have Tim and Tyler to thank for getting me on this track. If it weren’t for either of you, I’d still be the girl on the left. Thank you, both of you, for changing my life. 40 pounds down, let’s kick the next 20-30 pounds out the door!
