All new clients receive a 15 point assessment that will help us visually and physically assess your abilities. This is done over the course of 1 week (3 classes). We use a unique system called the Level Method, which will assess your mobility, strength and overall conditioning in all areas of fitness! This way, our coaches can understand your strengths, address mobility concerns, and expose your weaknesses to prescribe you with your next step(s)!

CrossFit is BCF’s signature cross-training program that combines strength training, bodyweight training, and conditioning. CrossFit focuses on functional, full-body exercises that will help you get in the best shape of your life and make you feel strong, confident, and capable. Every day is different so you will break through plateaus and never get bored. You’ll practice and learn challenging movements like barbell power cleans, rope climbs, and Concept2 Ergs. Don’t worry though, every movement is scalable for any age and ability level. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude and give your full effort each day. 3-4 times per week we perform a dedicated strength or skill work block, prior to the workout of the day. Each class is 60 minutes long and includes a coach led warm up, workout of the day, and cool down.

Leading a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just spending one hour in the gym every day. Our custom personal coaching plans will give you the direction and accountability you need to lose that last 20 lbs, train for your first Spartan Race, or decrease stress in your life. Choose from nutrition coaching, pain-free coaching, performance coaching, or accountability coaching. Personal coaching is like having an expert coach in your pocket 24/7!

While group classes can be fun and high energy, there is no substitute for the coaching and attention to detail that you get in a 1-on-1 training environment. Personal training is the ideal way to learn the skills necessary to excel in group classes, or for individuals who have very specific goals, or injuries/limitations that require additional attention beyond the group setting. We start all of our personal training clients with detailed body composition testing, a full-body movement assessment, and an overall fitness assessment. From there we build out a program that is custom to you.
BadgerBody is a training system that prioritizes quality of movement over intensity. Functional bodybuilding and controlled methods of movement are used to help athletes fulfill their ‘functional capacity.’ This methodology is beneficial to athletes because it can enhance performance and buffer against injury. For non-athletes, it helps them look good, move well and gain mental clarity in a specific way that the body was designed to move (aka Functional).
BUILD is Badger CrossFit’s strength and body building program. The program is unique to us and is intended to help members of our functional fitness community build toward their strength goals.
We love having children at the gym and have a designed Kids Club room to keep your little one(s) safe during workouts. Children are welcome in the room during any class by filling out a waiver. We also offer supervised care during specific classes. Interested in bringing your little one for supervised care? Just let us know and we will get you access to our reservation system to reserve your child’s spot during supervised times.
Boot Camp class is an action-packed burner without the barbell. This 60-minute, coach-led class is tailored to your fitness level, and provides a fun, clean, and friendly atmosphere for a total body workout. Our movements are targeted to burn fat, tone muscles, and increase your core strength. We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating, but we guarantee all your fears will be put to rest as soon as you walk into your first class.
