Badger CrossFit is to be a part of the worldwide CrossFit community event to raise money for the non-profit organization, CrossFit for Hope. By participating in this fundraiser, we will be supporting the organizations that are working to cure catastrophic children’s illnesses.
“Through the efforts of our affiliates and, ultimately, you, the CrossFit community can be a driving force in the fight against children’s cancer and other illnesses. Our ability to make change is infinite. Our action is a responsibility. “

CrossFit for Hope WOD
Three rounds of:
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups
RSVP on the Facebook event here. And of course our online calendar.
“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
If you want to participate in this cause and do the WOD, please consider donating (click here)! Or when you are on the website, type in “Badger CrossFit” and click “Sponsor Me” and enter you amount. 100% of the proceeds go to the chosen organizations on the front lines of trying to find cures for children’s catastrophic illnesses. As little as a dollar will help benefit this fight for children’s disease.
