What is your fitness background? What were you doing before CrossFit? Hockey and baseball were the sports I played. Now I play a lot of golf and tennis .
How did you get into CrossFit? I had a friend doing it in Cali and he urged me to check it out
How have you changed since starting Badger CrossFit? I am realizing that I can push myself more than I thought. I had pretty much given up on my health about a year ago when I got my job and was eating out all the time . In the spring I said enough was enough . I think we are fortunate at Badger to have an enthusiastic owner that truly cares about what we do and keeping us strong mentally. The trainers and other cross fitters make the gym feel like a family
What are your goals for 2012? Where are you in terms of achieving them? Cleaning up my diet and becoming technically sound. I want to get a strong core and maybe even see an ab or two poke thru
What makes Badger CrossFit unique? Family feel- long term relationships built on the foundation of a common goal of becoming healthy and fit . Nobody endures what we do which almost creates a respect in itself for pushing through personal plateaus to get better each day

What advice do you have for people just getting started? Put yourself out there…meet new people , see if the community culture is for you.
