With week 1 in the books, week 2 brought about a more reduced vibe. Like last week, we all waited anxiously for Dave Castro’s announcement of 17.2. While the workout was a good test, many didn’t like the volume of technical movements. But that’s the beautiful thing — when something challenges us, we either rise to the test, or we back away. And boy, did we NOT back away! So many first pullups and bar muscle-ups. People yelling, cheering, screaming, and pushing beyond mental and physical limits. You need to be proud of what you started and how you did! ::pat on back::
On to WEEK 3! Please visit THIS link to see week 3’s challenge and theme!
- Eddie Molenda, from zero bar muscle-ups to many!
- Tina Martin, zero bar muscle-ups to 10!
