Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to really attack it this week. Make it your goal to get in the gym 1x more than usual. YOU CAN DO THIS! I really want to see some of you getting in here more. There are 1,440 minutes in a day. I want 60 of them… Do your best and let’s see if we can make this week a record for attendance at BCF (current best is approx 800 people in a week/total check-ins or 115 people per day). We have way more than this in our gym. This should be easy…
All of them… but we 1RM Front Squat on Tuesday and 1RM Back Squat on Friday. FS/BS Cycle = Donezo!
