Few options for Labor Day WODs — a good time to get outside and use your fitness.
50 air squats
Rest 3 minutes between each round.
Run the Hawthorne Glen trails for 45-60 minutes. It’s only 400m from BCF. And they are awesome.
Come out to Pewaukee Lake with me and swim for 60 minutes with body weight exercises outside the water. 7am or so. PM me if you’re in.
