9/5 “Monday – Labor Day”

We are closed for Labor Day but that’s OK because the world is a perfect place to test your fitness.
Few options for Labor Day WODs — a good time to get outside and use your fitness.

“Running Barbara”
5 Rounds
400m Run
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 air squats
Rest 3 minutes between each round.

Run the Hawthorne Glen trails for 45-60 minutes. It’s only 400m from BCF. And they are awesome.
-or-
Come out to Pewaukee Lake with me and swim for 60 minutes with body weight exercises outside the water. 7am or so. PM me if you’re in.

Enjoy your day off and rest. Eat and drink merrily for today. We hit it hard Tuesday. 364 days to work on fitness 😉
