9/4 WOD: BCF Endurance Starting!

What are you willing to do?  Its a simple question without answer.  Its entirely individual and different for every occasion.  But the question still remains…..what are you willing to do?  Do you want to get stronger?  Do you want to do workouts at RX? Do you want to do better in school?  Do you want to get a particular job?  Do you want to make more money?  Do you want to be happier?  What are you willing to do?  Write down the answer and then look at it.  Well?
