We are going to be starting the Whole30 Challenge in about 2 days! If you are interested, sign up. No excuses people. One month in the span of your life is NOTHING. We want you to try it out, strict, and give your body a baseline. We know things will turn out positive in your performance in the gym, your body, and your mind. In doing this challenge, we are going to be doing before and after pictures. Not to mention, we will be measuring your body fat on Tuesday (before each class). Lets do this guys!
