Individual Warm-up: 10 muscle-ups

Strength: Dead-lifts, 1) 5 x 65%, 2) 5 x 75%, 3) 5+ x 85%.

WOD: Barbara

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Recovery: hip and back stretches.
