9/21 WOD: “Christine” – Positive mindset…

Strength: Back Squat 1X8 @ 70%, 1X8 @ 75%, 1X5 @ 85%, 1X5 @ 90% – rest 1:00-2:00 between sets.
WOD: “Christine” 3 rounds of Row 500m, 12 Bodyweight Deadlifts, 21 box jumps 24/20. Must start from standing position off rower.
Scaled: 1/2 BW DL, 16″, women: 1/2 BW, 12″.
