Take 10 minutes every day to reading a book. A fiction book, self help, instructional, textbook etc. Something to enjoy! Also, sit in silence for 5 minutes every day. No distractions, nothing. Just random thoughts and letting your mind wander. Seems too easy but certain it won’t be.
