Strength: Bench Press – Find new 1RM
WOD: 6 rounds for time of 10 dumbell hang squat cleans (2×50#/2×35# RX), Run to State St.
(95/65 barbell can be used in sub).
DAY 10/30 of 50 pushups, 50 situps BCF Challenge!
