7/14 WOD: Partner Saturday

If you haven’t been to our partner Saturday classes, you are missing out on fun times! It’s not only fun, but the workouts are very challenging. So don’t think you won’t get a good workout in.

Run 400m
200 air squats
Run 400m
150 push presses (45/35)
Run 400m
100 pullups
Run 400m
50 burpees

With a partner you must complete all the reps as needed. While one partner runs, the other has to hold a plank. No rest greater than 5 sec.
