Tough WOD today. Thanks to the 430pm class for letting me WOD with them. I will be doing this more frequently so I can garner a new perspective on what I put you all through. It’s only fair. Plus, I had fun working out with you all. Not just coaching, but passed out on the floor with you all. We’re in it together!
Strength: Clean – Find new 1RM
WOD: Five rounds of 400 m run, 15-ring dips and 20-KB swings.
RX: 55 / 35, L-2: 50 / 30, L-1: 25 or less.
