Strength: Dead-lift
WOD: “Amanda” 9, 7, 5 reps for time of Muscle Ups, Squat Snatch, 135/95lbs
L-2: Substitute muscle-ups with 2 pullups, 2 ring dips for each muscle-up. L-1: Muscle-up progression, PS-2-OHS
