Strength: Bench
WOD: AMRAP in 18:00 of 1-rope climb, 5-dead-hang chin-ups, 10-knees to elbows, 20-lunges.
L-2: 2 up-downs,10-knees to elbows,20-lunges.

CFFB/Strength Class

SWOD: 3×5 Squat, 3×5 Press
DWOD: 10 rounds: *4 225# PC  *Sprint 40 yards (20 yard shuttle)
