Only one partner can work at a time, you must complete all the reps of an exercise before moving on to the next. Partition reps as desired (ex. Alternate doing 10 reps at a time until you finish each exercise). In teams of two, complete the following:
120m buddy carry (You carry your partner down 100m, they carry you back 120m)
100 plate to overhead (45/25)
80 med-ball twists with partner.
60 pushups partner pushups (partners legs are on other partners back while that person is holding plank)
40 buddy-pullups. NO BAND ALLOWED!
