Kevin, Robb, and Grey working hard like always!

Strength: Good-mornings
WOD: 25 push-ups, 50-Toes-to-bar, 75-Push press, 100-Back squats.
RX: 75/55

The noon class did a special goodbye WOD, made up of movements that Kim R likes. She is leaving for Ghana, Africa tomorrow for 6 months. We will miss her, but wish her well!

10 Over the box jump with burpee at end. (jump on top of box or clear it, do a burpee)
20 Toes to Bar
30 double unders
